How to send name to MARS by Atlas V-541

Wanna send your name to Mars. Then follow the steps bellow.
First go through the link provided by NASA.

or

Press here

Then you will find 5 option in a submission form.
Example :::
First Name: Umar
Last Name: Bin Nazim
Country : select your once.
Postal code: xxxx
email: scientistumar@gmail.com

then press the option "Send name bellow" and wait minimum 20-30 second.
Then you will auto get your ID card and boarding cast profile.
Download it or Print it...
